Ironically, when another blogger that I regularly read recently changed her blog’s name so employers would have a more difficult time associating the posts with her identity I thought she was being overly cautious. Maybe not.
This time it’s happening in France and I’m not familiar with the applicable laws there. I’m watching and hoping for the best.

I hate censorship and a really hate being stifled and punished for simply expressing ourselves. They spend a ton of money to initiate employee resource programs yet we still aren’t allowed to express our emotions and thoughts - even anonymously - unless they’ve said its “OK” It is truly a tragedy.

Yeah, this is a stupid thing to happen to someone. However, I am always afraid my mom will ask me out to dinner and say to me, “So, I found your blog.” That is my worst nightmare! lol.
