My adventure went well and I returned safely to lazy days, restless nights, and [apparently] a severe bout of cyberagoraphobia — no, that’s not quite right. It was not so much a fear of cyberspace as nearly total lack of interest. As much as I love you all [and you know I really really do] I just couldn’t seem to bring myself to even read email more than twice in the last couple weeks. So posting here just kind of stayed perpetually at the bottom of the To-Do list.
I hope though that I can be forgiven for having little interest in staring at my computer monitor after having views like this

Wow! How close were you to that thing? (The moose, not the glacier.) How awesome.
I’m so glad you got to go back to Alaska before all the drilling commences. Or before it melts.
This moose was roadside, but I honestly don’t remember how close. ~Tim
